Business Development Specialist

Decormart Studio is a leading interior design company based in Bengaluru. Founded in 2017, Decormart Studio offers end-to-end home interior design solutions and has completed over 2000 projects. We have an innate capacity to understand our clients&apos choices and tastes regarding interior design, converting their dreams into reality with a unique and personal touch.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Business Development Specialist. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including conducting market research, generating leads, providing excellent customer service, and handling analytical tasks. The role involves working closely with team members to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and increase the companys market presence.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Lead Generation
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the interior design industry is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
