Role Description

The Inside Sales Manager for SaaS Software at NoBrokerHood will be responsible for driving sales strategies, fostering customer satisfaction, and managing client accounts to ensure long-term business growth. The role involves lead generation, nurturing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. This is a full-time, on-site position located at NoBrokerHood's Bengaluru office.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Inside Sales, with a focus on effectively driving revenue and achieving targets
  • Skills in Lead Generation and conversion strategies to build a robust sales pipeline
  • Proficiency in managing customer relationships, ensuring Customer Satisfaction, and building long-term partnerships
  • Experience in Account Management and supporting clients to leverage SaaS solutions effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; SaaS or technology-based sales experience is a plus
