1. Your Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and adept at market research and negotiation.
2. Your Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to identify industry trends, potential clients, and new business opportunities.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through cold calling, networking, online research, and social media.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Proposal Development: Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and pitches to showcase our offerings to potential clients.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, address client concerns, and close deals while meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Market Expansion: Identify new markets, regions, and business verticals to expand our footprint.
- Sales Strategy and Planning: Contribute to the overall sales strategy and provide regular updates on progress and achievements.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor market competition to identify areas of differentiation and competitive advantage.
3. Must Haves:
- Strong experience in lead generation, sales negotiation, and closing deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Prior experience in preparing business proposals and presentations.
- Exposure to marketing strategies and sales techniques.
