About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to onboard and manage channel partners such as real estate brokers, property developers, and builders. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of the real estate ecosystem, and a proven track record of driving partnerships and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners (real estate brokers, developers, and builders) to expand the business network.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers, builders, and real estate agencies.
- Drive partner engagement, activation, and performance to achieve revenue targets.
- Negotiate partnership terms, commissions, and commercial agreements.
- Conduct market research to identify new partnership opportunities and trends.
- Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless partner onboarding and execution.
- Track partner performance, prepare reports, and optimize partnership strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3 - 5years of experience in Business Development / Channel Partner Management / Real Estate Partnerships.
- Proven experience onboarding real estate channel partners, developers, or builders.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of the real estate market and channel ecosystem.
- Ability to work independently and meet business targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in real estate, property tech, BFSI housing loans, or allied industries.
- MBA or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
