Role Description

Clearclaim is hiring a full-time, on-site Business Development Specialist to join its team in the Pune Division. In this role, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, establish and maintain relationships with clients, and assist in expanding Clearclaim's market presence. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, generating leads, providing excellent customer service, and offering insights to refine business strategies. This position provides an opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven organization by connecting clients with tailored solutions to recover their unclaimed investments.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating market trends and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent Communication skills for building relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Experience in Lead Generation for identifying and securing new business opportunities
  • Proficiency in Market Research to identify industry trends, competitors, and opportunities
  • Customer Service skills to address client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in an on-site setting
  • Knowledge of financial products and investment markets is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field

Salary Range:

2.4 3.6 LPA (Based on experience & capability)
