Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist based in Bengaluru. The specialist will focus on identifying and generating leads, conducting market research to identify opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting the studio's services. Responsibilities will include supporting business growth through effective communication, strategic planning, and delivering solutions that align with clients needs and project expectations.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and market research skills to identify business opportunities and trends
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities to establish and maintain client relationships
- Proven experience in lead generation and a track record of achieving sales targets
- Self-motivated, with strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the architecture or real estate industry is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM software and market research tools is an advantage
