About Role :

We are looking for a driven and self-motivated B2B Lead Generation Specialist who will be solely responsible for generating high-quality leads for our commercial vertical across multiple asset classes, including co-working spaces, co-living, educational institutions, and healthcare facilities. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify, engage, and qualify potential clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end lead generation strategy and execution for the commercial [B2B] vertical
  • Identify and target potential clients across asset classes: Co-working operators, Co-living brands, Schools and educational institutions, Hospitals and healthcare providers
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified B2B leads
  • Conduct market research and data mining to identify new business opportunities
  • Industry events and networking
  • Qualify leads based on business requirements and readiness
  • Collaborate with sales/business development teams for smooth lead handover
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead data
  • Track, analyze, and report lead generation metrics and performance
  • Continuously optimize outreach strategies for better conversion rates

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B lead generation or business development
  • Experience in commercial real estate, proptech, or enterprise sales is a strong plus
  • Strong understanding of different commercial asset classes (co-working, co-living, schools, hospitals, etc.)
  • Proven ability to generate leads through digital and offline channels
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
