Job Description

We're looking for someone who is comfortable selling complex, solution-driven offerings, understands how industrial environments function, and can engage plant heads, operations leaders, and senior stakeholders in meaningful discussions. The role requires strong relationship-building skills, a structured sales approach, and the ability to connect client challenges with relevant XR and digital use cases.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a strong and qualified sales pipeline across manufacturing, metals, and mining sectors by identifying relevant opportunities and initiating structured outreach with key stakeholders.
  • Engage with plant heads, operations teams, and senior decision-makers to understand operational gaps and position relevant XR or digital solutions through consultative and value-led discussions.
  • Lead the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to proposal creation, commercial negotiation, and contract closure, while maintaining clarity and alignment with internal teams.
  • Work closely with internal solution and delivery teams to ensure alignment on project scope, timelines, and client expectations, supporting a smooth transition from sales to execution.
  • Maintain strong post-sale relationships with clients to support retention, encourage repeat business, and identify opportunities for account expansion over time.
  • Track pipeline health, revenue movement, and sales forecasts through CRM tools, ensuring consistent reporting and structured follow-ups.
  • Travel for client meetings, plant visits, and industry events as required to strengthen relationships and support opportunity development.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B or enterprise sales experience in technology, SaaS, automation, engineering, or industrial solutions, with exposure to complex or solution-led selling.
  • Experience working with manufacturing or heavy industry clients is preferred and will help in navigating plant-level conversations and longer sales cycles.
  • Strong exposure to consultative or solution-based selling, with the ability to understand business challenges and position relevant solutions with clarity.
  • Ability to engage senior decision-makers, manage structured sales discussions, and handle extended sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel regularly for client interactions, site visits, and industry engagement.
  • Engineering background preferred for better alignment with industrial use cases and solution discussions.
  • B. E. / B. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering and MBA.
