Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Business Development Specialist at Banana Health. The role involves identifying and generating leads, conducting market research, building client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth strategies. Other responsibilities include maintaining exceptional customer service and driving effective communication with potential clients to identify opportunities for collaboration and business expansion.

Qualifications

• Strong Lead Generation and Market Research capabilities to identify opportunities and understand market trends
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills for building and maintaining client relationships
• Analytical Skills to interpret data and contribute to strategic planning
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Previous experience in business development, sales, or related fields is a plus
• Familiarity with the health and wellness industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field

Working Days : 6 days working, 1 weekly off

Working Hours : 10AM-7PM

Compensation Details : 25000 base salary + Variables up to 60,000-2lcs a month
