Job Summary
The Business Development specialist will be responsible for facilitating the sales process from initial inquiry to final possession. This role requires a proactive individual who can bridge the gap between the on-site sales team and the customers. The primary goal is to ensure a seamless customer journey, manage sales data meticulously, and support the team in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Support & Coordination
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal sales executives and external channel partners.
• Coordinate site visits for prospective clients, ensuring the site team is prepared and all necessary materials (brochures, presentations) are available.
• Prepare and dispatch sales proposals, quotation letters, and payment schedules to clients.
• Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns (online/offline) and assign them to the respective sales executives.
2. Documentation & Compliance
• Manage the end-to-end documentation process post-booking, including the application form, allotment letter, and agreement.
• Ensure all client documents are collected, verified, and filed as per company policies and RERA guidelines.
• Coordinate with the legal and finance teams for agreement execution and loan processing.
• Maintain a digital and physical filing system for all customer records.
3. Channel Partner Management
• Maintain a database of all active channel partners (brokers/agents).
• Process channel partner payouts/commissions by verifying the stages of payment received from customers.
• Share project updates, new launches, and price revisions with the broker network.
4. CRM & Data Management
• Meticulously update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software with lead status, client interactions, and sales stages.
• Generate daily and weekly sales reports (DSR/WSR) for management review, highlighting sales figures, cancellations, and pipeline status.
• Track inventory and update the sales team on available units.
5. Customer Relationship Management
• Act as a bridge between the customer and the construction/accounts department regarding queries on payment receipts, construction updates, or possession formalities.
• Assist in planning and executing customer engagement events (site visits, meets).
Qualifications & Skills
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. A diploma in Real Estate Management is a plus.
• Experience: 2–5 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or Back-Office Executive, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
• Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel - Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP; PowerPoint; Word).
- Knowledge of RERA guidelines and real estate legal documentation is an advantage.
• Soft Skills:
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language].
- Organization: Strong multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in documentation and data entry.
