Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist based in Ludhiana. The Business Development Specialist will focus on generating leads, conducting market research, and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and analyzing market trends to strategize growth opportunities. The role involves collaboration with internal teams and prospects to deliver tailored solutions that align with client needs.

Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and identify business opportunities
  • Excellent Communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to drive business growth
  • Customer Service skills to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using CRM software or related tools is desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in business development, sales, or a similar role is an advantage
