This is an on-site, full-time Cold Calling Executive position located in Ludhiana. As a Cold Calling Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients to present company products and services. The role involves identifying leads, making outbound calls, pitching solutions, and responding to inquiries to build strong, long-term customer relationships. You will also maintain accurate records of communication and work closely with sales and marketing teams to achieve company goals.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and build rapport with clients over the phone
• Proficiency in telemarketing, cold calling, and lead generation strategies
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections and provide solutions during client interactions
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, CRM tools, and business development practices
• Ability to work in an on-site office environment in Ludhiana and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Previous experience in cold calling or telesales is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
