Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads across targeted industries.
Cold call, email, network, and use social platforms (LinkedIn/Job Portals) to reach
potential clients.
Approach HR heads, hiring managers, and decision-makers to pitch recruitment
services.
Schedule and conduct meetings/presentations with prospective clients.
Business Development & Revenue Growth
Understand client hiring needs and provide customized recruitment solutions.
Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and close business deals.
Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets and performance KPIs.
Account Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Coordinate with the internal recruitment team to ensure timely delivery.
Address client queries, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.Market Research & Strategy
Stay updated on market trends, competitor analysis, and industry hiring patterns.
Contribute ideas to improve BD strategies and service offerings.
Skills & Competencies Required:
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven experience in business development, preferably in recruitment/staffing.
Ability to build relationships and network with HR professionals.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive attitude.
Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring processes.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and LinkedIn networking.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or related field.
MBA (Preferred but not mandatory).
