Role Overview
Adepmtind Inc is seeking a highly motivated and self-directed Business Development Representative to lead outbound engagement with senior executives at large retail organizations. This role is focused on initiating and nurturing high-level relationships, positioning our internal advisory program, and guiding prospects through the early stages of the sales process that ultimately lead to closed deals.
This is a high-autonomy role best suited for someone who is exceptionally organized, comfortable engaging C-suite and VP-level stakeholders, and capable of managing a strategic outreach process end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and prioritize target retail conglomerates and senior executive decision-makers
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other professional channels to engage executive-level prospects
- Articulate the value and strategic benefits of Adepmtind Inc's internal advisory program
- Qualify prospects and guide them into the advisory program as a pathway toward commercial engagement
- Manage outreach pipelines, follow-ups, and activity tracking with a high degree of organization and consistency
- Collaborate with internal leadership and sales teams to align messaging and transition qualified opportunities
- Continuously refine outreach strategies based on performance data and feedback
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or executive outreach (B2B), preferably with enterprise or large-scale organizations
- Demonstrated ability to communicate confidently and professionally with C-suite and senior executives
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, specifically in English
- High level of self-motivation, accountability, and comfort working autonomously
- Strategic mindset with the ability to understand and communicate complex value propositions
- Willing to overlap a few hours with the EST time zone for collaboration and coordination.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling into retail, consumer, or enterprise organizations
- Familiarity with advisory, consulting, or solution-based sales models
- Experience using CRM systems and sales engagement tools
