Job Description
- This position is for Business Development Executive
- End-to-end sales of vacant properties to prospective Buyer leads assigned in CRM
- Conducting Site Visits of interested clients to relevant properties
- Managing negotiations with Builder and Clients and ensuring deal closures
- Lead generation through offline real estate network
- Maintain and update data bases of daily activities as per company standards.
- Assist in preparing necessary paperwork/property documentation.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Meet with customers to understand their needs and objectives
- Keep time to time update on ongoing projects as well as newly launch.
