Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Make outbound calls to potential leads and provide detailed information on the courses offered by TopMentor.
  • Explain the unique selling points (USPs) of our courses and services in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Identify customer needs and match them with the appropriate course offerings.
  • Handle objections and provide tailored solutions to convince leads to take admission.
  • Maintain a detailed log of interactions with leads and track their progress in the CRM system.
  • Assist in follow-ups and nurturing of leads to ensure successful course enrollments.
  • Participate in training and meetings to continually improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
