About the Role We're seeking a creative and strategic AI Event Marketing lead to plan, promote, and execute events that showcase our AI products and engage our target audience. You'll be responsible for driving event attendance, creating compelling marketing campaigns, and measuring event ROI.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include:
- Event Strategy & Planning: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for AI conferences, webinars, product launches, and trade shows
- Identify target audiences and create personalized outreach campaigns for different segments (developers, enterprise clients, researchers)
- Collaborate with product, sales, and partnerships teams to align event goals with business objectives
- Manage event budgets and optimize spend across channels
- Campaign Execution
- Create multi-channel marketing campaigns including email, social media, paid ads, and content marketing
- Write compelling event copy for landing pages, invitations, social posts, and promotional materials
- Design and execute pre-event, during-event, and post-event communication strategies
- Develop creative assets working with design teams or agencies
- Digital Marketing & Promotion: Build and optimize event registration pages and landing pages
- Execute targeted email campaigns with segmentation and A/B testing
- Manage social media promotion across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other relevant platforms
- Coordinate with influencers, partners, and speakers for amplification
- Analytics & Optimization: Track and report on KPIs including registrations, attendance rates, engagement, and pipeline generated
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations
- Gather post-event feedback and implement improvements for future events
- Demonstrate event ROI and impact on business goals
