We build AI-native systems at the intersection of Edge AI, Vertical AI, and content generation at scale. The tech is ready. Now we need someone obsessed with getting it in front of the right people, fast, precisely, and relentlessly.
About the RoleThis is a high-ownership, high-aptitude role built for someone who thinks like a founder, executes like an engineer, and communicates like a journalist. You will work directly with founders, product, and engineering, no layers, no bureaucracy.
A Growth Manager here is not a campaign manager. You are the engine. You identify the opportunity, build the system, run the experiment, measure the outcome, and scale what works. You are expected to be ahead of every deadline, on top of every deliverable, and relentless about learning what you don't yet know.
Here's the rewritten location statement:
LocationThis is a full-time, onsite role based out of our office in Nagpur, India.
We work in person, by design. Collaboration, speed, and direct access to founders are core to how we operate, and that requires being in the room. Remote and hybrid arrangements are not available for this position.
Local candidates from Nagpur and the surrounding region are strongly preferred. Candidates willing to relocate to Nagpur are welcome to apply, relocation support will be discussed on a case by case basis.
If you are ready to show up, build in person, and grow fast, we want to hear from you.
RolesAdministrationYou are the operational backbone of the growth function. You keep the machine running — organizing pipelines, managing partner communications, tracking experiments, maintaining dashboards, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. You own your calendar, your commitments, and your output. Proactive communication is the standard. Missed deadlines are not tolerated, if something is at risk, you raise it before it becomes a problem, not after. You will manage CRM hygiene, reporting cadences, campaign documentation, and cross-functional coordination so the broader team can move faster because you exist.
Business DevelopmentYou are responsible for building the commercial relationships that expand Glitter's reach and unlock new distribution channels. This means identifying, qualifying, and closing partnerships with AI platforms, developer communities, SaaS tools, and content ecosystems. You will own the full partnership lifecycle, from initial outreach and pitch to contract alignment and ongoing relationship management. You are not waiting for inbound. You are building the pipeline from scratch, running outreach systematically, and converting conversations into signed agreements. Every partnership you close should directly contribute to user acquisition, revenue, or strategic positioning. Results matter. Relationships are the mechanism.
Growth EngineeringYou think in systems, not campaigns. You will design and run growth experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention, treating each channel as a hypothesis to be tested, validated, and either scaled or killed. You will instrument funnels, analyze conversion data, identify bottlenecks, and build the feedback loops that make growth compounding rather than linear. You are comfortable working directly with AI tools and APIs, building lightweight automations, and collaborating with engineers on technical growth initiatives. High technical aptitude is required. The ability to learn new tools rapidly, without being asked, is a baseline expectation. You stay on top of what is emerging in AI, LLMs, and developer ecosystems not because someone told you to, but because it is how you think.
Technical Research & AnalysisYou continuously scan the AI and developer tooling landscape to identify signals before they become trends. You synthesize competitive intelligence, market movements, and technical developments into actionable growth insights. You translate complex product capabilities into sharp positioning that resonates with technical audiences. Your research directly informs which channels to pursue, which partnerships to prioritize, and which experiments to run next.
Technical WritingYou produce content that earns the trust of developers, founders, and technical decision-makers. Long-form articles, newsletters, LinkedIn posts, campaign copy, you write with technical credibility and narrative precision. Content is a primary distribution channel here, and you treat it with the same rigor as any other growth lever. Publishing cadence is a deliverable. Quality is non-negotiable.
ResponsibilitiesAdministrationThis is not a coordinator role. This is not a campaign manager role. This is a builder role for someone who is technically sharp, operationally disciplined, relentlessly accountable, and hungry to grow at the speed the AI industry demands.
If you have been waiting for the right AI-first company to grow with, this is it.
