Job Description

We are looking for someone who enjoys speaking with schools, understands their needs, and can confidently explain our science programs while building strong relationships.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Answer queries from schools who contact us regarding science programs, workshops, and school events after finding us online.
  • Understand school requirements and recommend the best-suited offerings based on grade level, budget, and expectations.
  • Connect with school representatives who enquire through lead generation ads, landing pages, and online platforms.
  • Coordinate with the customer interaction team to get updates, feedback, and follow-ups from schools.
  • Maintain and update school lead details using the CRM system to track conversations, follow-ups, and closures.
  • Use automated calling tools, CRM software, and communication platforms to interact efficiently with schools.
