Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Sales and Client Relations Specialist. The role involves managing client relationships, understanding client needs, coordinating with design teams, and delivering excellent customer service. The Specialist will also handle sales activities, negotiate contracts, and assist clients in their interior design journey. Providing training and ensuring customer satisfaction are integral to the role as well.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their needs
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including contract negotiation and closing deals
- Ability to provide Training and share knowledge to enhance customer service and sales performance
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and relationship management skills
- Experience in the interior design or related industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
