Role-Business Development Representative - Master's Program UNO.care | B2B Healthcare | Business Development 

Industry - B2B Healthcare

Salary - Open Budget for right Candidate 

Vacancies -8

Degree MBA / PGDM / Master's Degree preferred Qualifying Criteria CPI: 8+ | Experience: relevant internship or sales experience will be an advantage 

Description of Vacancies ( 4 vacancies for each role mentioned below ) -

• Regional communication and account handling in Southern India ( language preference - telugu, tamil, kannada, malyalam)

• Central india client management and account handling

UNO.care powers occupational health for 600+ enterprises across India. 

We are hiring sharp, English-fluent, and target-driven business development professionals who can independently generate leads, manage outreach, pitch to decision-makers, and support closures for our growing sales team. 

What You'll Do -

1. Own the sales cycle from prospecting to qualified opportunity creation. 

2. Generate account-based leads using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, industry databases, and other channels.

 3. Run cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn outreach to HR, Admin, EHS, and leadership teams. 

4. Follow up with prospects, reactivate dormant leads, and pitch UNO.care's services to decision-makers.

 

What We're Looking For 

• Excellent English communication and professional business writing skills 

• Regional language proficiency 

• Strong objection handling and follow-up discipline 

• Data-driven and target-oriented mindset 

• Ability to speak confidently with HR, Admin, EHS, and plant-level stakeholders 

• Self-motivated, ownership-driven, and startup-ready attitude 

Good to Have 

• Prior exposure to HR, Admin, EHS-facing sales, or corporate healthcare sales 

• Understanding of the Factories Act, occupational health, annual health checkups, or corporate wellness programs
