Job Description

  • You'll be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers through strategic outbound outreach and building meaningful relationships that lead to qualified opportunities for our Account Executives
  • Please note: This role involves outbound prospecting and cold outreach and will require working in the US shift
  • What You'll Be Working On Generate and qualify net-new opportunities through targeted outbound prospecting
  • Research and identify key decision-makers within target accounts
  • Develop tailored outreach strategies using email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects to understand their pain points and position Hiver s value proposition effectively
  • Work closely with Account Executives to create and maintain a healthy pipeline
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for outreach, qualified opportunities, and meetings booked
  • Maintain detailed activity records in the CRM and ensure data accuracy
  • Continuously test and optimize messaging, cadences, and outreach strategies
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to engage prospects confidently
  • Participate in regular training sessions to sharpen sales and communication skills
  • What We re Looking For Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B outbound sales or business development, ideally in SaaS or tech sales
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding pipeline and meeting targets
  • Exceptional communication skills written, verbal, and active listening
  • Proficiency with sales tools such as CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Lusha
  • Strong research and account mapping skills to identify the right prospects
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and persistence in the face of challenges
