Main Responsibilities (Work From Office)
- Respond promptly to inbound leads via email, phone, and other communication channels.
- Engage with prospective customers across channels to understand their basic ecom needs, challenges, and goals and how our solutions can meet them.
- Explain complex technical details of our product suite in a clear and comprehensible manner.
- Provide information and clarification about our product suite, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Support in scheduling product demos and meetings for the sales team as directed.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in the CRM system and follow up diligently.
- Complete basic onboarding tasks to expedite customer setup and product utilization.
- Collaborate with senior team members to optimize lead conversion and customer engagement strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience working with a US company and customers based in the US.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable in spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with US-based customers across different time zones over video and audio calls.
- Ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely, and explain complex technical details effectively to a non-technical audience.
- Proactive and self-driven with a strong desire to learn and grow in a sales or business development role.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Enthusiasm for providing excellent customer service and helping clients succeed.
- Basic understanding of business concepts and willingness to learn about our products and industry.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and willingness to learn to use CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
