About the Role
We are looking for a driven and resilient Business Development Representative (BDR) to own outbound prospecting and build a strong, high-quality sales pipeline. In this role, you will engage decision-makers, qualify opportunities, and play a key role in accelerating revenue growth.
As a core part of our outbound motion, you will research target accounts, initiate meaningful conversations, and convert interest into qualified sales opportunities. You will work closely with Sales and Marketing teams, maintain accurate CRM records, and continuously refine your outreach strategies in a fast-paced SaaS environment. Strong prospecting skills, clear communication, and a goal-oriented mindset are essential to succeed in this role.
This role is based in Noida, and we work in-office 4 days a week, as close collaboration and real-time execution are critical to driving consistent outbound success.

Experience: 35 years in Software Sales/Pre-Sales, with proven experience selling to EMEA.
