What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end outbound prospecting for the US market.
  • Execute high-volume cold outreach with a strong focus on cold calling.
  • Use email and calling together to create multi-touch outbound sequences.
  • Research and target accounts within the e-commerce, supply chain, and related industries
  • Leverage AI tools to optimise prospecting, messaging, and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of US BDR experience with a strong outbound focus.
  • 25 years of overall work experience.
  • Background in product-led or SaaS sales.
  • Proven outbound hunter: Majority of quota driven through outbound efforts.
  • Strong cold-calling experience (email is good to have, calling is a must).
  • Consistent quota achievement over the last 12 months.
  • Experience selling to e-commerce/supply chain companies is a plus (not mandatory).
  • Comfortable working US hours.
  • Already using AI in daily workflows and excited to scale impact with AI.
  • Based in Bangalore and willing to come to the office once a week.
