Acquis Compliance is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company revolutionizing Supply chain Sustainability for manufacturing companies across the globe. Our AI powered platform helps businesses automate & streamline Regulatory Compliance initiatives. We are inviting applications to hire 5 rock star Business Development Associates to join our Business Development team in Indiranagar, Bengaluru office.

Job Overview:

We are looking for ambitious and results-driven Business Development Associates with 1 to 3 years of experience in cold calling, appointment setting, and lead generation through outbound sales. In this role, you will be reaching out to decision-makers (CXO/VP/Directors) across North America & Europe to introduce Acquis Compliance Solutions, including our SaaS platform. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to grow their careers in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, inbound lead follow-up, and emails.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to qualify leads effectively.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales manager for further development and closure.
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
  • Schedule meetings and achieve quarterly lead quotas.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
  • Team up with Sales Managers to build a pipeline and close deals.
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects.

Requirements & Skills:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS business development, cold calling, or outbound lead generation.
  • Willingness to work in US Shift (3:30 pm to 1 am IST).
  • Strong phone presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and navigate conversations effectively.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
