Business Development Representative (Inside Sales) Full-Time, Onsite (Noida Office, Night Shift) India-Based Candidates Only

Employment Type: Full-Time, Employee Role

Location: Onsite Noida Office (India-Based Candidates Only)

Working Hours: Night Shift, 6:30 p.m. IST to 3:30 a.m. IST (MonFri; Sat & Sun off)

Role Overview

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will use your enthusiasm, assertiveness, and proven time management skills to drive outbound prospecting into enterprise and Fortune 1000 accounts. Your goal is to generate qualified Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) and schedule phone or face-to-face appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Generate Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) and schedule meetings for the sales team within enterprise accounts.
  • Drive outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and marketing-sourced leads.
  • Conduct initial discovery and qualification, identifying projects, timelines, budgets, and key contacts.
  • Present value propositions clearly, focusing on customer needs and pain points.
  • Build relationships with decision makers, including those not yet ready to engage.
  • Track and manage activities in CRM (Salesforce preferred), ensuring accurate pipeline reporting.

Job requirements

  • 24 years of experience in B2B inside sales or lead generation.
  • Proven success in outbound prospecting and cold calling into the US market.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM; proficiency with MS Office.
  • Internet-savvy and comfortable with prospecting tools and databases.
