This hybrid role, based in India, blends business strategy, data analysis, and commercial execution.

Responsibilities

  • Drive pipeline development by sourcing and qualifying high-potential publisher and advertiser opportunities across mobile ecosystems.
  • Create data-backed commercial proposals, revenue forecasts and pricing models to support deal negotiations and go-to-market decisions.
  • Work closely with Ad Ops and Product teams to troubleshoot integration, optimise SDK performance and improve monetization metrics.
  • Manage outreach and cadence using CRM and sales tools; maintain accurate pipeline updates and opportunity stages.
  • Develop persuasive pitch decks and sales collateral tailored to publisher/brand needs and market segments.
  • Track key commercial KPIs, build dashboards, run cohort analyses and present actionable insights to leadership.

Qualifications

  • Proven business development experience in AdTech, digital media or mobile monetization.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience building forecasts, pricing models and KPI dashboards.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and outbound tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Practical SQL and advanced spreadsheet skills to extract, manipulate and summarise data.
  • Data visualization experience for storytelling and reporting (Tableau or equivalent).
  • Comfortable collaborating with technical teams (product, ad-ops, engineering) to drive integration and optimization.
  • Familiarity with programmatic ad ecosystems, mediation platforms or RTB concepts.
  • Experience preparing commercial contracts, SOWs or negotiation support.
  • Prior exposure to mobile game or app publisher monetization strategies.
