Business Development Representative (BDR) — Outsourcing (Office-based)

Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated BDR to generate qualified leads, drive outbound outreach, and support the sales pipeline for our North America-focused outsourcing services. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years experience in the North America market, strong outbound skills, and hands-on experience with sales and communication tools. Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate qualified leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and targeted research.
- Qualify inbound leads and hand off Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) to the Account Executive team.
- Maintain accurate activity and lead data in the CRM; update opportunity status and activity notes promptly.
- Develop and execute tailored outreach cadences for different buyer personas and industries in North America.
- Use sales engagement tools to sequence outreach, A/B test messages, and optimize reply rates.
- Book discovery/demo meetings for Account Executives; follow up to reduce no-shows.
- Coordinate with marketing to provide feedback on messaging, content needs, and campaign performance.
- Track KPIs (calls/emails per day, meetings booked, conversion rates) and meet/exceed monthly targets.
- Support account research, competitor intelligence, and territory planning.
- Attend daily/weekly sales huddles and contribute to process improvements.
Required Qualifications:
- 2–3 years BDR or equivalent sales experience focused on North America (outsourcing/IT Staffing preferred).
- Proven track record of outbound prospecting and meeting lead-generation targets.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills tailored to North American audiences.
- Comfortable working from the office full time and flexible with North America-friendly meeting hours.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot, Salesloft/Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom/Google Meet).
- Familiarity with calling platforms (JustCall, RingCentral, aircall, etc.) and basic SIP/telephony concepts a plus.
- Excellent research, qualification, and objection-handling skills.
- Strong organization, time management, and teamwork abilities.
Desired Skills:
- Understanding of outsourcing service models (BPO, software support, managed services).
- Experience with email deliverability best practices and basic copywriting for outreach.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to use analytics to improve performance.
- Comfortable handling high-volume outreach and iterative testing.
