Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets and industry segments.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through research, networking, and outbound activities.
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and solution discussions with CXOs, HR heads, and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions addressing client needs.
  • Negotiate and close business deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Track market trends, competition, and customer feedback to influence business strategy.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene by updating lead status, opportunities, and activity logs regularly.
  • Participate in marketing events, webinars, and campaigns to enhance Zimyo's brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 57 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in HR Tech / SaaS / IT Solutions.
  • Strong understanding of HR and payroll software products is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships and manage complex sales cycles.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) and MS Office Suite.
