Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development professional with an MBA background and 3 years of proven experience in driving revenue growth, acquiring new clients, and managing key accounts. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships and key accounts
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth areas
  • Prepare and present business proposals, pitches, and contracts
  • Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and track sales performance
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and networking forums

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development / sales
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in B2B/B2C sales (mention if industry-specific)
  • Ability to work independently and drive results
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
