Role Overview:We are seeking a results-driven Business Development professional with an MBA background and 3 years of proven experience in driving revenue growth, acquiring new clients, and managing key accounts. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills and a strategic mindset.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships and key accounts
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth areas
- Prepare and present business proposals, pitches, and contracts
- Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and track sales performance
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and networking forums
Required Skills & Qualifications:- MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development / sales
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience in B2B/B2C sales (mention if industry-specific)
- Ability to work independently and drive results
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
