Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role in Hyderabad. The role involves owning revenue targets, closing high-value deals, building scalable lead generation systems, and managing key client relationships.
The ideal candidate will combine strong execution skills with strategic thinking to drive sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure
- Close mid to large ticket B2B corporate gifting deals
- Build and optimise lead generation channels (LinkedIn, partnerships, inbound)
- Identify and target high-potential industries and client segments
- Manage and grow key client accounts for repeat business
- Lead client discussions, negotiations, and custom deal structuring
- Track and improve sales funnel metrics and conversion rates
- Collaborate with marketing/design teams to improve outreach effectiveness
- Contribute to sales playbooks, scripts, and process improvements
- Mentor and guide BDEs on outreach and conversion
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or corporate sales
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience in handling end-to-end sales cycles
- Ability to manage client relationships and close high-value deals
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline preferred
Skills and Requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Strong understanding of sales funnels and conversion metrics
- Experience with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment
- Office presence is mandatory (Saturday WFH only)
Compensation
- CTC: 6 8 LPA (based on experience and performance)
- Incentive-based (linked to revenue targets)
- Includes PF & other mandatory deductions
- Offer Letter & Annexure will be issued after office visit and discussion with management
