About
We are looking for an ambitious and strategic Business Development Manager with strong SaaS sales experience to drive revenue growth and build scalable go-to-market strategies across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies targeting B2B teams across SMB and enterprise segments globally
- Own the complete sales cycle including prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closure
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound outreach, inbound follow-ups, and partner channels
- Drive enterprise sales conversations with key decision-makers including C-suite executives, VPs, and Sales Leaders across global markets
- Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing teams to align on ICP, messaging, and positioning
- Identify new market opportunities and contribute to pricing and packaging strategies
- Track and report key SaaS metrics including ARR, MRR, churn, NRR, and pipeline velocity
- Partner with Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and drive account expansion
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in SaaS sales or strategy roles
- Proven experience in both SMB and enterprise sales
- Experience selling to global markets including the US, Europe, or APAC
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, outbound sales funnels, and CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally in a startup environment
Nice to Have
- Prior experience selling sales tech, outreach, or CRM SaaS products
- Experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG) or hybrid sales models
- Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience working in early-stage or high-growth startups
