  • Compensation: ₹6 LPA – ₹24 LPA + Incentives

About The Role

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager who can lead B2B sales efforts across digital, IT, and SaaS solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment, understands client needs, and can convert opportunities into long-term business relationships.

You will play a key role in driving revenue, building pipelines, and closing deals while collaborating closely with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Conduct client meetings, discovery calls, and product presentations
  • Build strong and long-term relationships with clients
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals
  • Maintain and track sales pipeline and forecasts
  • Work closely with marketing and delivery teams
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

  • 1–7 years of experience in B2B, IT, or SaaS sales
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in consultative or solution-based selling
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership
  • Agency or startup experience is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
