Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (Immediate joiner) with a strong background in US staffing to drive business growth by acquiring Tier 1 and direct clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proven experience in lead generation, and an established network with direct end customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Establish and maintain relationships with Tier 1 vendors and direct end clients in the US market.
- Onboard new clients and negotiate MSA, NDA, and contractual terms.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular reports on business development activities.
- Identify new market trends and opportunities to expand business accounts.
- Ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnership growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 710+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager in US Staffing.
- Active client database and existing relationships with Tier 1 or direct clients.
- Proven track record of working with Tier 1 vendors and direct customers.
- Strong experience in new lead generation and account acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with MSA, NDA, SOW, W2/C2C hiring models.
- Ability to work independently and meet business targets.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Experience working with US time zones.
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools.
