Job Summary

Whizz HR is looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Manager to grow our client base and strengthen relationships with existing clients. The role focuses on acquiring new business, understanding client hiring needs, and working closely with the recruitment team to deliver timely hiring solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, and referrals
  • Pitch Whizz HR's recruitment and HR services to prospective clients
  • Understand client requirements and share detailed briefs with the recruitment team
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Negotiate commercials, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of profiles and closures
  • Maintain CRM records and track sales pipelines
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in business development (preferably in recruitment/HR consulting)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Good understanding of recruitment processes and hiring cycles
  • Proficiency in MS Office, LinkedIn, and CRM tools
