Role: Lead - Business Development (Founder's Office)
Location: Mumbai (Malad West)
Role Overview
We are looking for a performance-driven and research-oriented professional to join the Founder's Office team, focused on strategic business development and ecosystem-led growth.
This role involves identifying high-potential business opportunities through investor networks, founder ecosystems, market intelligence, and strategic outreach. The candidate will work closely with the leadership to build strong pipelines of prospective clients and support relationship-led business development initiatives.
A key aspect of the role includes leveraging Flipspaces investor ecosystem, including institutional investors, venture capital firms, family offices, and UHNI networks, to identify portfolio and co-portfolio companies that are actively scaling, hiring, raising capital, or expanding office footprints.
The role also requires engaging with prospective clients, conducting discovery conversations, and positioning Flipspaces design and build capabilities effectively.
