Business Development Manager (Sales) Job description We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager (Sales) with a strong background in Software/IT Services. The ideal candidate will be proactive, confident, and passionate about driving business growth through strategic client acquisition, presales support, and long-term relationship management. Experience : 5-10 Years of relevant experience. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage presales activities, including proposal writing and solution presentations.
Identify and engage new clients, prospects, and business opportunities. Drive leads through lead-generation tools and software. Initiate and schedule meetings with key decision makers. Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term business growth. Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, sales collateral, and documentation. Oversee client empanelment, onboarding, and acquisition processes. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of business goals and service
offerings.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Strong understanding of the IT/Software Services domain. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management
skills. High level of initiative, ownership, and goal orientation. Proficiency with CRM and lead-generation tools. Demonstrated success in Presales and Business Development. Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment with measurable
achievements. Willingness to travel and meet senior business stakeholders.
