Are you a skilled professional with a passion for business development and a knack for winning projects on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and Skill Matrix Are you looking to apply your expertise to drive growth while also contributing to expand business development initiatives We are seeking a Mid-Level Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. This role combines the strategic skills of a General BDM with a specialized focus on freelancing platforms, and other lead generation sites. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have experience in IT services, US Market, Market Analysis & Trends, and Sales Optimization tools, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

Freelancing Platforms and Other Out-Bound Focused Sales Areas

  • Identify Opportunities: Scout high-potential projects on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and Toptal that align with our services and business goals.
  • Profile Optimization: Maintain and enhance our profiles on freelancing platforms to maximize visibility and highlight our strengths and achievements.
  • To utilize the CRM system to maintain an accurate up to date Sales Funnel: To support the translation of the technical capability offering to clients and improve on Client Engagement:
  • Market Research and Lead Generation: Analyze industry trends, client preferences, and competitor activities to refine bidding strategies and stay ahead. Identify and engage potential clients to diversify revenue streams, focusing on IT services, digital marketing, and web development.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with potential partners and clients to generate new business deals and manage relationships with existing clients.

General Business Development:

  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Sales Strategies: Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute strategic plans for business growth.
  • Negotiation: Lead discussions to finalize project terms, pricing, and timelines, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5 years of proven experience in business development, with a strong focus on securing projects via freelancing platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Toptal, or Freelancer along with a sound knowledge of US Market.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to build client rapport and client negotiation.
  • Ability to evaluate project requirements, align them with our capabilities, and pitch effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, bids, and client interactions simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to negotiate project terms, budgets, and timelines to achieve win-win outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • IT services, US Market, Market Analysis& Trends, and Sales Optimization tools,
  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship, Cold Calling, Sales Pitch, Client Management and Relationship Building
  • Ability to adapt to evolving client requirements and market trends.
