About Wappnet Systems

Wappnet Systems is a fast-growing AI-enabled technology company specializing in AI solutions, custom software development, mobile applications, and digital transformation. We work with global clients across the USA, Europe, and the Middle East.

We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager who can drive international sales, build strong client relationships, and contribute directly to our global expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and acquire new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold emailing, partnerships, events, and referrals.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Conduct client meetings, product demos, and requirement discussions.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
  • Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to design optimal solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Maintain long-term relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Track market trends, competitors, and client needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in IT services / software sales.
  • Proven track record of closing B2B technology projects.
  • Experience selling services such as AI, SaaS, Web/App Development, CRM/ERP.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with international clients (USA/UAE/Europe preferred).
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and ownership mindset.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

  • Experience in Middle East / GCC markets.
  • Exposure to AI/ML, automation, and cloud solutions.
  • Participation in international expos and business events.
  • Network with CXOs, Founders, and Decision Makers.
