Job Title: Manager , Senior Manager Global Programs (Business Development) ,

SOGL and campus programs Institution: B.E.S.T Innovation University (BESTIU)

EXPERIENCE: 6-10 years of experience in higher education business development,

Location: Delhi / Hyderabad / Bengaluru

Reports to: Vice Chancellor and Director

JOB REQUIREMENT

Will be responsible for driving BESTIU's growth through strategic consultant partnerships, student acquisition, and market expansion. This is a high-impact role that combines business development, relationship management, and strategic planning to position BESTIU as a global education brand.

Key Responsibilities

Business Expansion

  • Identify and develop new markets for BESTIU's programs.
  • Build and execute market entry strategies in key regions (Asia, Middle East, Africa, and Europe).
  • Forge collaborations with, colleges, and education groups for joint degrees, franchising, and articulation pathways.

Strategic Partnerships

  • Develop long-term relationships with education consultants, career pathway providers, and other government agencies.
  • Negotiate and finalize MoUs, partnership contracts, and revenue-sharing models
  • Represent BESTIU in international forums, education expos, and critical meetings.

Student Recruitment & Channel Management

  • Establish and manage a network of admission partners and recruitment agencies.
  • Drive student enrolment targets through structured campaigns and market activations.
  • Create incentive and partnership models to scale student recruitment. 4. Branding & Global Positioning
  • Strengthen BESTIU's brand presence across markets through targeted outreach and PR campaigns - programs in India
  • Build the marketing team for digital and offline campaigns tailored to target audiences.

Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement

  • Work closely with the Vice Chancellor and senior leadership on alliance building, and consultant relations.
  • Collaborate with academic teams to ensure successful rollout of programs.
  • Lead presentations and negotiations with institutional stakeholders. Qualifications & Experience
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • Strong India and global network in higher education, consultancy, and student mobility sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with cross-cultural fluency.
