About the Company

We are a growing Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) company specializing in PCB assembly (SMT & THT), turnkey manufacturing, box-build, testing, and inspection. We work with customers across industrial, automotive, consumer, and IoT segments and are focused on long-term partnerships and quality-driven execution.

Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition, managing key accounts, and growing revenue by offering EMS solutions. The role requires strong industry understanding, technical selling capability, and relationship management with OEMs, startups, and design houses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in EMS, PCB assembly, and contract manufacturing
  • Generate leads through cold outreach, networking, exhibitions, referrals, and digital platforms
  • Engage with OEMs, startups, and product companies to understand manufacturing requirements
  • Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, RFQs, and pricing in coordination with internal teams
  • Work closely with engineering, production, and purchase teams to ensure feasibility and smooth onboarding
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts to increase wallet share
  • Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and closures using CRM or internal tools
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings
  • Provide market feedback on pricing trends, competitor activity, and customer expectations

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 510 years of experience in Business Development / Sales in EMS, electronics manufacturing, PCB, or related industries
  • Strong understanding of PCB assembly processes (SMT, THT), BOMs, and turnkey projects
  • Ability to have techno-commercial discussions with engineering and procurement teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience working with OEM customers and long sales cycles
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field sales
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling to automotive, industrial, EV, or IoT customers
  • Existing industry contacts or customer base
  • Exposure to export customers (US, Europe, Middle East)
  • Engineering background (Electronics preferred)
