About the Role:We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Manager to lead and expand our business initiatives in the Coimbatore region. Candidates with prior experience in the overseas education industry will have a strong advantage.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to increase student enrolments and market presence.
- Build and nurture relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centres, and other potential partners.
- Approach universities and colleges to organize seminars, workshops, and educational fairs to promote study-abroad opportunities and enhance brand visibility.
- Generate high-quality leads through field visits, outreach activities, seminars, and networking.
- Work closely with the counselling team to ensure smooth conversion of leads into admissions.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends to support company growth.
- Monitor and analyse regional performance metrics and share regular reports with management.
- Represent the company at events, education fairs, and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain strong product knowledge on study abroad destinations, programs, and processes (advantageous but not mandatory).
- Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold company standards in all interactions.
Requirements:- 37 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Experience in the overseas education sector is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good network in the education sector (preferred).
- Willingness to travel for outreach and business meetings.
