Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Chennai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to capture new markets. Additional day-to-day tasks will include market research, preparing business proposals, negotiating with stakeholders, and working closely with the team to meet targets and objectives. Regular interactions with clients and financial institutions will be required to ensure the successful execution of financial advisory services provided by VGRO Global Finserv Private Limited.
Qualifications
- Business Development and Sales skills, with a focus on identifying and capturing new market opportunities
- Client Relationship Management experience including building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Financial Advisory and Corporate Finance expertise, including knowledge in areas such as Working Capital, Term Loans, Acquisition Finance, and Trade Finance
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills, with the ability to prepare and deliver compelling business proposals
- Market Research and Analytical skills, with the capability to gather and interpret market data to make informed business decisions
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or additional financial certifications would be a plus
