## Job Summary:
We're seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive growth, expand our client base, and foster strategic partnerships. You'll leverage your industry expertise, network, and business acumen to identify new opportunities, build relationships, and drive revenue growth.
## Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, designers, and industry influencers.
- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform business strategies.
- Partnerships: Collaborate with complementary businesses, designers, and architects to drive mutual growth and opportunities.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand our market presence. Prepare and present periodic business reports, forecasts, and growth projections.
- Brand Promotion: Represent our brand, promoting our unique value proposition and luxury offerings.
## Requirements:
- Industry Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field within the luxury furniture or design industry.
- Network: Established network of contacts within the industry, including architects, designers, and high-end clients.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles, market trends, and competitive analysis.
- Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and drive business growth.
## Preferred Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field (MBA preferred).
-5+ years of experience in business development, preferably within the luxury, design, or high-end furniture industry.
-Strong network within the interior design, architecture, and real estate communities.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Passion for design, aesthetics, and high-quality craftsmanship.
-Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and brand events.
