Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and generating business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, analyzing market trends, and driving new revenue streams. The Business Development Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop strategic partnerships, and deliver proposals tailored to the needs of prospective clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and deal closure.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify market trends and new opportunities.
  • Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
  • Experience with CRM tools, sales software, and productivity tools for managing pipelines and client accounts.
  • Knowledge of or interest in artificial intelligence, voice technology, NLP, and conversational AI is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably in a technology or SaaS company.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification is advantageous.
