The Amazon Business team is dedicated to developing solutions that make it easy for business customers to source, procure, and manage their indirect spends using Amazon. Business Development Managers are an integral component to Amazon Business as a key customer facing representative. You have the opportunity to build a large and sustainable mid- large enterprise business. You will be responsible for new customer acquisition, demand generation from medium to large corporates and driving business growth. There are also a myriad of surrounding business management functions that you will need to influence for the success of your workstream.

Key job responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop a go-to-market strategy, scaled acquisition and account management plan including but not limited to :-

  • Creating a holistic scalable and efficient acquisition plan of small-mid-large enterprises
  • Determine the best go-to-market approach, driving HVAs and early engagement of accounts
  • Manage internal and external teams for driving key metrics on acquisition and early engagement
  • Delivering key metric within financial efficiency guardrails
  • Partner with performance marketing and depth motion to develop farming and scaled engagement practices

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
  • Experience influencing C-level executives
