About the Role:

We are looking for a high-performing, sales-driven professional to lead revenue growth and client acquisition for a premium fitness studio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and can own the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to conversion and retention.

You will play a key role in driving memberships, maximizing client lifetime value, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end sales cycle: handle inbound enquiries, make outbound calls, and convert leads into paying clients
  • Drive monthly revenue targets, conversion rates, and overall business growth
  • Consistently follow up on leads, trials, and renewals to maximize conversions and retention
  • Build strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Deliver consultative selling by understanding client goals and recommending suitable fitness programs
  • Ensure a high-quality customer experience from first interaction to long-term engagement
  • Manage and maintain CRM data, sales pipeline, and daily performance tracking
  • Coordinate with internal teams (trainers/operations/marketing) to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Monitor key metrics like sales, occupancy, retention, and proactively address gaps

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales/business development (fitness, wellness, gym, or service industry preferred)
  • Strong telecalling and consultative selling skills with a proven track record of closing deals
  • Target-oriented mindset with the ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-centric approach with strong relationship-building ability
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple leads and follow-ups
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking
