Job Description

Simplotel is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our presence within the hospitality industry. This role requires a seasoned sales professional with a strong background in consultative selling and a proven track record of consistently achieving ambitious sales targets. The ideal candidate will be passionate about selling internet technologies and will play a key role in acquiring new business and strengthening Simplotel's market position.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company sales goals and drive growth.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with hoteliers and potential prospects through regular meetings and communication.
  • Drive market expansion efforts by exploring new territories and opportunities both domestically and internationally.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline with partners and team members, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities.
  • Enhance Simplotel's brand presence by building and maintaining strong relationships with key industry stakeholders.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts to the executive team.
  • Mentor and coach business development managers to enhance their skills and performance and help them in identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities with large hotels and partners.

Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years of work experience in business development, with a focus on consultative selling (experience in e-commerce preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English and presentation skills.
  • Strong ethical standards and integrity.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and ambiguous environment.
  • Extensive experience in building and managing relationships with C-level executives.
  • Ability to travel extensively.
  • Willingness to work on weekends when required to meet business demands.
