About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) with deep expertise in the US Staffing industry. This leadership role focuses on driving revenue growth, expanding key client partnerships, and building a high-performing business development function. The ideal candidate will have strong relationships with Direct Clients and MSP/VMS programs and a proven track record of scaling accounts and closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the overall business development strategy for the US Staffing market.
  • Identify, acquire, and manage Direct Client and MSP/VMS accounts across the US.
  • Build, mentor, and guide a team of BDEs/Account Executives to achieve revenue goals.
  • Establish long-term client partnerships by understanding workforce needs and delivering staffing solutions.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, MSAs, and SLAs to maximize profitability.
  • Work closely with recruitment leadership to ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Own and forecast the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, escalations, and strategic discussions.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to drive growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leadership on expansion plans, new service offerings, and go-to-market strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Business Development / Account Management within US Staffing or IT Recruitment.
  • Strong network and proven success with Direct Clients, MSPs, and VMS platforms.
  • In-depth understanding of US hiring processes, compliance, and work authorizations.
  • Demonstrated experience in team leadership, revenue ownership, and account growth.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in US time zones (EST/CST/PST).
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales analytics tools.
